Spring 2010 (camera phone pics)

Hope you all are loving this spring weather as much as we are. We WERE enjoying taking walks at the park until the pollen count got super high...hopefully this rain today will wash most of it away! I have LOVED being home for Spring Break this past week. It has been sooo nice to hang out with Miss Ellie ALL day and spend the afternoons and evenings with Esteban. Our work schedules have been opposite lately, so it has been nice to actually spend time together! Ellie is teething like crazy (puts EVERYTHING in her mouth), can roll over from belly to back and from back to belly, found her toes last Saturday and thinks they are a new toy! Needless to say, we are having lots of fun watching her grow and falling more in love with our sweet daughter! (These pictures are from 4 months to almost 5 months old!)

Hanging out in her PJs.

Looking at "Riley" on her Baby Einstein exerciser.

Hugging her butterfly, "Sandy," while watching everything going on in the kitchen at my parents. Ellie LOVES to be in the center of the action.

Ellie and Riley hanging out on the deck at my parents house. Riley has LOTS of energy as a pup, but is SUPER calm when Ellie is around!

My youngest cousin, Teagan, and Ellie hanging out.

Playing with her toes while hanging out in mommy and daddy's bed.

SO HAPPY during lunch, yah for Aunt Krissy!

Big shot holding her bottle up!

Testing out her new sunglasses...LOTS of blinking and trying to adjust her eyes, but she kept them on.

Cool babe.

Newest toy! Ellie loved it and it is great to start strengthening her muscles! She is still wobbly and doesn't last for more then 5-10 minutes, but she had fun!

Miss Ellie is starting to like the Bumbo seat better, as long as she has a toy to put in her mouth, or her fingers :)

Weddings, birthdays and more fun...Ellie 4 months

I have been wanting to upload recent pictures for a while now and I am excited to have some time to finally do so. March has been a busy and fun month for us- my best friend from college got married March 1 (in Tennessee) and Esteban's best childhood friend got married on March 13 (in Arizona)...both were very intimate and such special events to be a part of!! I can't wait to check out Britney and Matt's wedding photographer's website because I wasn't able to take as many pictures at their wedding! Below are a FEW from Britney/Matt's wedding and some of the many we took at Aaron and Amber's wedding.

Esteban, Ellie and I had a fun Sunday together celebrating my 25th birthday- shopping at The Forum (outdoor shopping area) and eating a fun lunch out. Esteban had to work Monday night, so my parents took my youngest brother, Dan, Ellie and I out to dinner at the Sugarhill Diner.

Ellie 3 months and SNOW!

Ellie turned 3 months on Thursday! It is so fun to see the changes she is making. She smiles lots in the mornings  and able to hang out for long period of times in her seat. She is starting to hold things now- mainly a little pink "blankie," a burp cloth, and teething beads. She "eats" her fingers like crazy and is slobbering a lot more. Ellie has been holding her left jaw a lot the past few days, close to her ear and was crying differently when she did that, so Esteban took her to the doctor Friday morning just to make sure it wasn't an ear infection. Everything is great, she weighs 10 lbs 14 oz and the doctor thinks she might be starting to teeth already! (My mom says I started around 3 1/2 months!)

Below are some pictures of Ellie at our house and my parent's. The snow started around 1:00 pm on Friday and by the time I got to my parent's to pick up Ellie, the roads were already getting bad to drive on. Esteban insisted Ellie and I spend the night and not get out on the roads. My family's new puppy, Riley, LOVES being outside and LOVES the snow! We ended up with around 6 inches! As you can see in the pictures, it is SO PRETTY! I love the real, crunchy snow!

I snuck up on Ellie while she was watching Seasame Street for the first time
